Vaidehi UK was established in the year 2005 in India and in 2009 it started expanding by establishing a branch in London. The company has developed and absolutely professional and integrated system for tracing clients' orders from sample through prodcution, quality control, inspection and dispatch.

Strategy Planning
Strategizing the long term as well as short term business directions of the different regions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.
Undertaking techno-commercial discussion and finalization of the order of the products, co-ordinating with other departments for timely deliveries and payment collection, etc.
Collection, collation and presentation of information on new projects, work for approval for that project, attending techno-commercial discussions, and finalising deliverables.

Marketing / Business Development
Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical Top line and Bottom line targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary as well as secondary markets.
Overseeing Event Management, developing and implementing marketing communication and product management strategies.
Initiating, planning and execution of various promotional activities as well as ensuring brand equity enhancement and product positioning improvement.
Managing receivables collection from the client to ensure nil outstandings.

Key Account Management
Identifying key/institutional accounts and OEM’s and strategically securing profitable business.

Mentoring, motivating and guiding team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis.
Training subordinates in new product launches and various other promotional activities, in terms of briefing about products, objectives of campaign and other aspects of campaigns.
